Payments are made as agreed in the individual service contract. Monthly subscription payments are billed in advance. One-time payments are due before service begins. We reserve the right to suspend services in the event of non-payment.

Monthly services require 30 days written notice to cancel. No refunds are issued for services already rendered. Digital products (Starter Kit, downloadable resources) are non-refundable once delivered.

Latinos Sin Barreras commits to providing professional services with diligence and expertise. However, we do not guarantee specific results such as number of leads, sales, or search engine rankings, as these depend on multiple factors outside our control including market conditions, competition, and advertising budget.

9. Intellectual Property

All content created by Latinos Sin Barreras for the client (websites, designs, copy, advertising creatives) becomes the property of the client upon full payment. Templates, Starter Kit resources, and training materials remain the property of DC Design & Marketing LLC and are licensed for the client's personal business use only.

10. SMS Communications Consent

By providing your phone number on any form on our website or by contacting us, you consent to receive SMS text messages from DC Design & Marketing LLC DBA Latinos Sin Barreras related to your account, appointments, and service updates. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to cancel at any time. Reply HELP for assistance or contact us at info@latinosinbarreras.com.

We do not share your phone number with third parties for marketing purposes.

Both parties agree to keep confidential any sensitive business information shared during the service relationship. We will not share your business information with direct competitors.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Prince William County, Virginia.
